However, t-storms are still in the forecast this evening and into tonight. A "cap" will be in place most of today, which will keep things dry until this evening. By 6pm to 7pm, t-storms will start.

Moving through the rest of the holiday weekend, we’re looking very good. The storms tonight will be along a cold front that will sag south and stall over Pennsylvania. While we could still see a stray shower, mainly south and east of Binghamton, the large majority of Sunday will be dry for everyone.

Metro Detroit likely to see thunderstorms Sunday, but Memorial Day looking sunny. The national weather service said the thunderstorms could produce high winds, but there is no risk of severe weather.
